BNGS was again awarded the coveted Angie's List Super Service Award
Ballard Natural Gas Service, Inc., has been awarded the prestigious and difficult-to-attain 2007 Angie’s List Super Service Award for the work completed in 2007 and that members completed evaluations. "Having now won the award for two years running and new this year in two categories, heating & a/c and water heaters is a tremendous honor and speaks highly of the quality of the BNGS team" says Neil Kappen, General Manager.
This exclusive recognition is awarded at the beginning of each year to companies who have achieved and maintained a superior service rating on Angie's List throughout the past year. Fewer than 5 percent of the companies on Angie's List meet the eligibility requirements to be considered for the award.
“Our Super Service Award winners are the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service, said Angie Hicks, founder of Angie’s List. “To help our members easily find these exceptional service companies, we’ve added Super Service Award logos to each of the winning company names on AngiesList.com. Our members tell us they love that additional bit of information.”

Bill Falk, the Coach for the Little League Team "Ballard Natural Gas 89ers" announced his team won the season recently. His kids were so excited he told us as they hadn't won a seson championship for some time. The kids jumped up and down and ran the bases yelling and cheering for what seemed an eternity. Those kids deserved every bit of that championship, Falk said, they worked their tails off. He was pretty excited too it seemed. And BNGS for it's part plans to sponsor them again in 2008. Quality Control
How do we ensure our customer is happy?
We ensure our customers are happy with our work by always conducting a post-inspection on new equipment installations. That is, the Comfort Specialist™ will some days after the installation is complete return to the project site and go over the project one-on-one with the customer and explain what we did and how things work. This is usually a great time to inquire about lingering questions or concerns.
