rebate your system qualifies for and use one
of the following financing options —
1. 144 month
installment financing with equal
payments, interest rate 8.99% to 12.99%
can include all products in the system

deferred payment financing (after 6
months the entire total will
automatically roll in 144 month
financing at 12.99% interest rate
The Trane financing
programs offered by BNGS are funded by Wells
Fargo through a national agreement with
Trane**. These financing programs do not
offer an "installment loan" option. They are
VISA Credit Card based and will be
pre-approved with a limited amount
available. A portion of the pre-approved
amount will be used for your comfort system
and will have the "Same As Cash", "Low
Interest Rate" or "Special Payment"
promotional rate choosen from the options
described above. The balance of the approved
limit can be used like any other VISA Card
and will have a different "purchase rate"
per Wells Fargo. As you pay down the balance
owed, a larger portion becomes available for
other purposes if you so choose.
BNGS also accepts
check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover credit cards. A 50% down
payment is required for all non-financed
systems.
First Security:
Applicants must be homeowners; rental
properties are not permitted under this
program. Approvals are valid for 120 days;
recommitment required after expiration.

Tax Credits
2011 Tax Credit
Extension
As part of the recently passed
tax bill, the 25C tax extension for residential high
efficiency property has been extended for one year.
The maximum tax credit that can be claimed has been
reduced from $1500 to $500 for 2011. In addition,
the 2011 tax credits have placed maximum amounts
that can be claimed for the various components of
the HVAC system, such as a $150 maximum tax credit
for a 95% gas furnace and $300 for an air
conditioner or heat pump. These component maximum
amounts are additive to the $500 maximum lifetime
tax credit.
Most of the HVAC qualifying
efficiency levels have remained the same. The only
exceptions are boilers and oil furnaces, where the
qualifying efficiency has been increased from 90
AFUE to 95 AFUE. The following chart summarizes the
difference between the 2009-10 tax credits and the
newly passed 2011 tax credits. Changes in the tax
credits for 2011 are highlighted in red
