““They were awesome! My old furnace needed several repairs that made it more practical to just buy a new furnace. The tech came the same day and was at my house for almost 3 hours assessing my heat needs, heat loss, areas that needed more heat, etc. His review was so comprehensive. He sat down with me for a half hour explaining the different types of furnaces and costs and didn’t pressure me to choose any particular option. Another furnace company just came and gave me a brochure without even looking at my house. The next day he followed up to see if I had any questions. I didn’t at the time, but I called back that afternoon and spoke with a woman (the owner, I think) and she was super helpful. She answered all my questions. The furnace was installed a week later. They offered to bring me space heaters in the meantime, which I didn’t need. The installer was nice, clean and kept to himself. The job was done very professionally. A tech came out to walk through the system with me and answer questions. I couldn’t believe how “hands on” they were and how much time they spent making sure I was happy.
