“When our furnace was dying, we contacted two local companies for bids. While both were informative and helpful, Ballard Natural Gas gave us a better offer, for exceptional service. Rather than a simple sales job, the owner of the company made a full assessment of our heating system and located ways we could have more even heat. He included these minor but significant adjustments in his bid. We decided to change from a gas furnace to an electric heat pump because of recent warmer summers and for environmental reasons.
Three technicians did the installation: Guthrie, Brandon and Nick. All were extremely competent, timely and respectful, taking time to explain the system as they went. The heat pump went in easily and our dining room is warmer now, since they adjusted ducts and air vents and moved the thermostat.
