“We had a new tankless water heater installed last week in our home. The sales rep (Tony) did an excellent job of explaining the advantages of the tankless system and was very helpful in reviewing the details and space in the basement where the new heater was to be installed.
The crew who did the installation was also very professional and detailed in talking us through the placement of the revised electrical outlet, system wiring, gas piping, needed exhaust ports and system operation.
