We don’t say “Fish, fun and more since 1974” for nothing. We mean it.

At Ballard Natural Gas, we are so proud to once again be cosponsors of this whale of an event. This is our iconic summer Ballard SeafoodFest where, in true Ballard form, we spend three days celebrating Ballard’s seafaring history. Now in our 45th year, our free summer festival has grown from a two-hour fundraising community barbecue in 1974 to the leviathan-sized three-day festival, today attracting over 75,000 people.

Mark your calendars for the weekend of Friday, July 12, through Sunday, July 14, at the intersection of NW Market Street and 22nd Avenue NW. There will be more amazing seafood than you can shake a pole at, along with international music and entertainment, a beer + cocktail garden, original arts and crafts vendors, various food trucks, competitions, games for the entire family, and so much more. And again, you can net this fun for free.
