“Bitter cold weather is in the forecast, so I decided not to procrastinate any longer and have the furnace serviced. (In last year's record cold the furnace died and there was no heat for days; Ballard Natural Gas Service was the only HVAC business that returned my call and came out to fix it. So grateful!)

When HVAC diagnostic tech George Watts arrived and checked the furnace in the crawlspace, he discovered issues with the condensate pump; there was also water under and around the furnace. Not good. George quickly fixed the problem, explaining each step and answering my questions. If this had not been addressed immediately, there could have been serious problems with the cold weather ahead.

I rarely post online reviews, but this is the exception: Ballard Natural Gas Service came through for me when my furnace failed last year, and now they’ve come through again, just before this major snow/cold snap in Seattle. George Watts is exceptional, not only in his expertise but in his kindness and concern. Highly recommend!”
