In contrast, the main office has been frustrating to communicate with; including sending wrong invoices, giving wrong information about scheduling, and being redundant when communicating. I understand that some program changes affect customer experience, but beyond that there's much to improve in terms of communication.”

“All the people who came out to my house for the initial review, the walkthrough before install, and the installation seemed very knowledgeable and professional. They listened to what I wanted and needed and provided me with system options and installation options. I never felt railroaded into picking and choosing something. Clinton helped choose a good location for the install, Humberto and crew performed the installation in one day and as far as I can tell the system is working flawlessly. It is much, much quieter than our previous gas furnace and air handler.”

“As always, Ballard Natural Gas provided us with stellar service from beginning to end. We were proactively reminded (a month in advance) that we prepaid for our yearly service and the appointment should be made for maintenance. When I didn't respond after a couple of weeks, they followed up with a courtesy call to make sure we received the service and set the appointment with me.
We received an appropriate amount of reminders prior to appointment day and were contacted the morning of directly by the technician (the very delightful Daniel Dunham!) who could not have been more prompt, polite, and thorough.”
“Electrician Otto Mantz took care of installing a new, separate line for a new dishwasher from the panel to the location of the appliance, which involved two floors and a messy under-the-sink location. Even after a hellish commute on a snowy freeway, he was in good spirits. Throughout the appointment, he explained what he was doing, what still needed to be done, and how he felt things were going. Much appreciated and so much better than different contractors we had here recently, who acted like we didn't exist and couldn't really talk their language. Otto showed me what he had installed, reorganized and labeled our electrical panel, and finished in less time than expected. All very satisfying and professional. I'm posting this here because I've already reviewed BNG and its people on Google repeatedly and don't want to undo the last good review posted there. Everyone we've dealt with at this company through the years has been helpful and good to work with.”
