“Austin Mach was our service technician this day and was carrying out an annual performance maintenance on the Mitsubishi heat pump that Ballard had installed. As always, the maintenance visit was professionally scheduled, Austin was on time, and carried out the maintenance within about 1.5 hours. We were appraised of the system's performance and given options to improve the system, if desired. Would highly recommend Ballard for heat/cool services as well as anything small or large electrically.”

In contrast, the main office has been frustrating to communicate with; including sending wrong invoices, giving wrong information about scheduling, and being redundant when communicating. I understand that some program changes affect customer experience, but beyond that there's much to improve in terms of communication.”
