““They were awesome! My old furnace needed several repairs that made it more practical to just buy a new furnace. The tech came the same day and was at my house for almost 3 hours assessing my heat needs, heat loss, areas that needed more heat, etc. His review was so comprehensive. He sat down with me for a half hour explaining the different types of furnaces and costs and didn’t pressure me to choose any particular option. Another furnace company just came and gave me a brochure without even looking at my house. The next day he followed up to see if I had any questions. I didn’t at the time, but I called back that afternoon and spoke with a woman (the owner, I think) and she was super helpful. She answered all my questions. The furnace was installed a week later. They offered to bring me space heaters in the meantime, which I didn’t need. The installer was nice, clean and kept to himself. The job was done very professionally. A tech came out to walk through the system with me and answer questions. I couldn’t believe how “hands on” they were and how much time they spent making sure I was happy. “Electrician’s circuit routing was spot on. Install Team did an excellent job concealing the condenser line, very tidy. Condenser unit was bigger than anticipated but quieter than expected. Overall we’re happy with the results.”

Our fireplace was filthy, with lots of old soot, and Rock was very careful about keeping the soot contained, and vacuumed.
