“Both of the technicians that came to my house were great! Repair was done, cost was fair I believe. The one concern was being told your company could not guarantee the repair, because of the age of the furnace. I contacted the company who did maintenance each year, until they no longer come into King County. He said my furnace was not old, and did not understand why your company would not stand behind the work done. Maybe you could explain it to me.”
