The office called to advise me that the schedule was running a little late. Justin arrived soon after and apologized for being late. He was very professional and friendly. He’s been here before, and knew his way around. I took him to the basement and left him to do his work, which he did quickly. I always like having him come. Overall satisfaction is 5.”
