“Clinton came to replace a leaking copper hot water pipe leading from our tankless water heater installted by Ballard. He told us the best solution was to put in PEX piping. He did excellent work, and explained clearly and fully what he was doing. We appreciated greatly his service and his other maintenance tips that he gave us. He brought a corrosion grenade, but since he replaced the copper pipe with PEX, Clinton suggested we put the grenade on the cold water copper pipe as protection against its corroding. In addition, though the warranty ran out on our copper piping, we also appreciated that Ballard understood the original copper piping was substandard and they installed the new pex piping at no cost to us. We only paid for the corrosion grenade.”
